When speed freaks talk about drag racing, it can be easy for them to dismiss cars riding on huge chrome wheels. At first glance, such vehicles may seem too fancy and aren’t capable of running fast because with so much wheel and too little rubber, the latter may just blow if you don’t have the correct setup. In addition, any substantial power can also blow the tires to smithereens, leaving the car spinning and never gaining ample grip to make it to the finish line.

In the video below, we get to check out Kut Da Check, a Chevrolet Caprice equipped with a ProCharger and sporting some colossal wheels. It has been absent from the track for quite some time, but it has roared back to life to see action at the StreetWhipz 2k17 Mega Show. Make no mistake about it, the thing still looks badass and it rolls out with a bit of forced induction that introduces a new element into the equation that will surely put you on notice. It’s likely that most folks will sleep on it, which is not tough to do considering the physics that go with a wheel and tire setup like the one it dons.

Nonetheless, click on the play button and watch as this old school ride proves to us that it has a lot more than just a little shine and shimmer. Before you know, the boosted donk will reach back and lay the smackdown. It may have been idle for years but Kut Da Check still has what it takes to put on a show!
