Never before have the supercar owners had so much choice when it comes to their latest toys.

Whether it is the hardcore coupe that is focused on track driving, the convertible that is still perfectly acceptable for daily use or the F1-powered hypercar, there are dozens of options out there.

Two of a most desirable are certainly the Audi R8 V10 Spyder and a Porsche 911 Turbo Cabriolet.

While the two are both convertibles and have the all-wheel drive, they couldn’t be more different, as the Motor Trend recently discovered in their latest Head 2 Head test.

For starters, this Audi shares its naturally-aspirated 5.2-liter V10 engine with the Lambo Huracan while the Porsche continues to use the 3.8-liter turbo six-cylinder.

Obviously, the Porsche doesn’t sound as nice and thanks to its forced induction, it has more torque than the Audi and is faster in the straight line.

However, when it comes to making the statement, the Audi is by far and away the one to choose. Which would you have?
